NFL Offers Preseason Games Online
If you’re a fan, then you should be glad to know that NFL will be showing preseason games live online. This is the first time the league will do this service this year and it can be done through a measly $40 -subscription. The news was announced by NFL spokesman Dennis Johnson on the USA Today show. So if you’re excited for the preseason games, then this is your chance.
The package would include 54 of the games on live stream plus an added eleven which will be shown nationally on NBC, Fox, CBS or ESPN for a total of 65 games.
What the package offers
That’s not all, of course. As part of the package, viewers online can choose from either home or away broadcasts as well as movable picture-in-picture layouts. Multiple games can be viewed at the same time, adding a whole new level to the game watching experience. The live stream will be shown in high definition and features half time reports including NFL Network’s specially chosen team of analysts.
Kicking off the first week of the 2010 preseason are five live games featuring the debut in Washington of the veteran quarterback Donovan McNabb. Also highlighted is the debut of Tim Tebow as Bronco’s rookie quarterback and Pete Carroll, Seahawks head coach’s return.

If you’re a big fan, this could be the perfect time for you to prepare your picks for the regular season. Of course, if you’re not much of a fan, then you might think that the 40-dollar subscription price is a total rip off. But if you look at it closely, each game would cost you less than a dollar shown in high definition and up-to-date broadcasts thrown in the middle of each game.
